opportunities to gather with others or live at your own pace. PPW Residents enjoy a safe living environment with a 24-hour manned guard gate that screens visitors and prohibits soliciting.

PPW has a private 9-hole executive golf course, heated swimming pool, hot tub, four pickleball courts, horseshoe & bocce ball courts. Resident-sponsored events and PPW amenities include holiday parties, entertainment, small group classes, exercise sessions, arts & crafts, weekly BINGO, billiards, dart-throwing, ping pong, poker, mahjong, puzzles and more!

A long standing tradition for making connections in the community is the Paradise Peak West Social Club.  This group of active residents coordinates social and recreational activities throughout the year.
